What are Shuffle bonus drops?
Bonus drops are limited promotions distributed through eligible Shuffle channels or communities. A drop can use a code, a fixed claim pool, a wagering threshold and a short redemption window.
A referral code is not a bonus-drop code. CALL belongs in the registration referral field, while a valid drop is redeemed through the official bonus or rewards flow described for that campaign.

Shuffle currently says bonus-drop qualification can depend on how much the account wagered during the previous seven days. The required threshold and reward differ between individual drops.
A code may be real but unavailable to an account that misses the rank, recent-play, region or claim-window rule.

Why is a Shuffle bonus code not working?
A real code can fail because it expired, reached its redemption cap, requires more seven-day wagering, is limited to another VIP rank or region, or was entered in the wrong redemption flow.
Check the error message against the original campaign post and the live rewards panel. A referral code such as CALL belongs to registration and will not work as a bonus-drop redemption code.
Shuffle’s first-deposit terms also state that another bonus code cannot be activated while the welcome rollover is active. If the account has a locked bonus balance, read that campaign’s terms before forfeiting or changing anything.

Copied posts can remain online after a valid code expires. A screenshot of a past claim does not prove that the drop is active now.
