A support reply supplied by the site owner on 18 September 2026 describes a 100% first-deposit match up to $1,000 for eligible new users, with 35× wagering on the deposit plus bonus. The owner confirmed that the reply applies across referral codes, including CALL; this is not an exclusive CALL offer. Confirm eligibility, minimum deposit and activation with Shuffle before depositing, and claim the bonus before wagering. Support transcript and offer limits.

Standard casino rakeback

Shuffle’s published standard casino rakeback is 5% of the theoretical house edge generated by eligible wagers, not 5% of the amount staked or losses. Sports bets are excluded. Calculate an example.

CALL-specific extras

The reported welcome offer applies across referral codes. An exclusive CALL benefit, extra rakeback rate and account-level attribution have not been independently verified.

Activation

Check the referral field and ask Shuffle to confirm attribution and any offer before depositing.

Identity checks

Shuffle’s terms require a government-issued identity-document check before the first withdrawal. Additional identity, address or source-of-funds checks may also apply.

WHAT THE PERCENTAGE MEANS

5% rakeback does not mean 5% of your stakes

For an eligible casino account, 1,000 units already wagered at a 2% game edge generates 20 units of theoretical house edge. The standard 5% share returns 1 unit — equivalent to 0.1% of those stakes. It is not a refund of actual losses.

Shuffle says standard rakeback unlocks at Bronze after $1,000 of casino wagering. Sports bets are excluded. These are qualification rules, not targets to chase. Any extra CALL arrangement requires separate terms.
