How the Shuffle crypto casino works

Shuffle is a custodial crypto casino and sportsbook: players deposit a supported digital asset to an address shown in their Shuffle wallet, use the credited balance across products and request withdrawals to an external address.

Funds held on Shuffle are controlled through the platform account rather than a wallet for which the player holds the private key. Keep only the amount needed for planned entertainment and protect the Shuffle password, email and 2FA separately from the external wallet.

Crypto payments are irreversible and do not remove identity, location or anti-money-laundering checks. Shuffle publishes verification levels and can review withdrawals.

Shuffle supported coins and networks

Shuffle’s supported-assets page currently lists 20 cryptocurrencies and tokens, including BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, TRX, POL, XRP, SOL, DOGE, BNB, AVAX, GRAM, SHIB, BONK, WIF, TRUMP, PUMP, DAI and SHFL. Network support differs by asset.

The same ticker can exist on several networks. USDT is currently supported on ERC-20, BEP-20, TRC-20, Polygon and Solana, while USDC is listed on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Polygon, Base and Arbitrum.

The wallet screen at the moment of transfer overrides a static guide. Shuffle warns that unsupported assets or unsupported token-network combinations may not be recoverable.

How to make a Shuffle deposit

Choose the asset and network inside Shuffle, copy the newly displayed address and required memo or destination tag, then send from a wallet or exchange using the identical network. Save the transaction hash until the balance credits.

Blockchain confirmation time depends on the network and the sending service. An exchange marking a withdrawal “completed” means it broadcast the transfer; it does not prove Shuffle credited it.

Deposit not credited or sent on the wrong network

Start with the transaction hash. If no transaction exists, the sending wallet did not broadcast it. If it is pending, wait for network finality. If it is confirmed to the wrong network, address or memo, stop sending and contact official Shuffle support.

Shuffle’s current recovery policy says mistaken deposits over $20 may be reviewed, but recovery is not guaranteed. Supported coins sent on another supported chain, missing tags and unsupported assets are treated differently and may carry a fee.

Do not send a second large payment until the first one is located. Never give support a seed phrase or private key; the transaction hash, asset, network, address, amount and UTC time are the useful evidence.

Shuffle withdrawal time, fees and verification

A Shuffle withdrawal has two stages: platform processing and blockchain delivery. Once a valid transaction ID appears, use the matching explorer to check broadcast and confirmations; before that, the request remains inside Shuffle.

To withdraw, enter an address you control and select the matching network. Review the amount, network fee and final destination before confirming because completed blockchain transactions are usually irreversible.

Processing speed can depend on account review, network congestion, confirmations and the receiving service. A withdrawal can be held for KYC, wallet screening, source-of-funds, bonus or coin-mixing checks.

Can you buy crypto with a card on Shuffle?

Shuffle’s current material describes integrated third-party purchase providers such as MoonPay and Swapped for card, Apple Pay or Google Pay purchases. The provider—not Shuffle’s direct crypto deposit rail—sets its own fees, limits and identity checks.

Compare the quoted coin amount with the payment amount and network before approving. A convenient on-ramp can cost more than buying through an existing exchange, and card approval does not guarantee instant casino credit.

A card purchase converts fiat into crypto; it is not the same as a reversible card deposit to a traditional casino.

Custodial wallet, Vault and external-wallet safety

Shuffle’s Wallet and Vault are both platform-controlled balances. The Vault separates funds from playable balance and requires the password to transfer them out, but it does not replace a non-custodial wallet.

Use 2FA for login and withdrawals, keep the external seed phrase offline and verify addresses on-screen. Clipboard malware can replace an address even when the pasted string looks similar at a glance.

Shuffle provably fair and blockchain verification

Blockchain explorers verify transfers; Shuffle’s provably fair verifier checks completed in-house game results. They solve different trust questions and neither guarantees profit.

A blockchain explorer answers whether crypto moved between addresses and how many confirmations it has. Provably fair combines a hidden server-seed commitment, client seed and nonce so an Original result can be reconstructed after the seed is revealed.

The house edge, payout rules and variance still determine long-run risk. Third-party slots and live casino games are not verified through the same Shuffle Originals tool.
