What to check before placing a bet
For live betting, confirm the event, start time, market wording, odds and settlement conditions. Similar-looking selections can use different grading rules.

Do not confuse the stream, scoreboard and accepted ticket
Live betting can show three different moments at once: the video stream you are watching, Shuffle’s event clock and score, and the line finally accepted on the ticket. A stream can be delayed, while the bet slip may reprice or suspend after a goal, point, card or review.
Treat the accepted ticket as the record that matters. Before leaving the confirmation screen, check the selection, live line, odds and stake. If Shuffle’s displayed score or match time was materially wrong, the current sports rules explain when a market may be voided.

If a live total moves while the selection is in the bet slip, the accepted ticket—not the earlier screen—records the line and odds that settle. Check the confirmation before returning to the stream, and remember that a broadcast can trail the data feed.
