What is the Shuffle reload bonus?
Shuffle describes reloads as fixed bonus amounts that eligible VIP players can claim at specified intervals. They can be awarded as a player progresses through selected VIP ranks and may be based on recent wagering and profit values.
A reload is not the same as a first-deposit match. It is an account-specific recurring reward, and availability is visible in the VIP area.

A reload package can split one total amount into smaller timed claims. Shuffle’s Help Center gives the example of a $100 reload over ten days becoming ten $10 claims.
Individual claims can expire. Shuffle currently says an unclaimed reload is not automatically recoverable, so read the interval and deadline shown in the VIP panel instead of assuming the whole amount is immediately available.

How to evaluate a reload bonus
Compare the claimable amount with the play that qualified for it. Do not increase wagering just to unlock a future reload, and do not treat the advertised package total as current cash when claims are spread over time.
