Can a Shuffle referral code be added later?
Shuffle’s Help Center says support may add a missing affiliate or referral code when the account is no more than seven days old and has less than $10,000 in wagering volume. An existing code cannot be replaced with a different one.
Those limits make timing important. Contact official Shuffle support before depositing or wagering further, and ask them to confirm whether code CALL can still be attached.
Read the official referral-code policyWhat to tell Shuffle support
Use the support chat while logged into the correct account. State that the referral code was missed at signup, provide code CALL exactly as written and ask for written confirmation when it has been attached.
- Your Shuffle username or account email
- The referral code: CALL
- The approximate account creation time
- A clear request to confirm the code before further play
Why is my Shuffle referral code not working?
The most common causes are an account older than seven days, at least $10,000 in recorded wagering, another referral code already attached, a typing error or a request made outside the official support channel.
A referral code is not entered in the bonus-drop redemption box. During registration, expand the optional referral field and check for CALL. After registration, Shuffle’s published policy requires a support request and does not promise that every late request will be approved.
Take a screenshot of the account age and support confirmation, but hide the email address and other private data before storing or sharing it. This site cannot inspect the referral attribution on a Shuffle account.
| What you see | Likely reason | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| CALL is absent during registration | The referral parameter did not persist or the field is collapsed | Reopen the official link and expand Referral Code before registering |
| Account is already registered | The code needs manual support review | Contact Shuffle support immediately with CALL |
| Another code is displayed | The account is already attributed | Do not create a duplicate account; Shuffle says an existing code cannot be replaced |
| Support declines the request | Age, wagering or attribution rule may be exceeded | Ask which published condition was not met |
When the referral code cannot be changed
Shuffle says it will not change an account that already has another referral code. Support may also decline a late request when the account age or wagering limit has been exceeded.
Do not create a second account to work around the rule. Shuffle’s terms generally permit one account per player, and duplicate accounts can create verification or withdrawal problems.
