Can a Shuffle referral code be added later?
Shuffle’s Help Center says support may add a missing affiliate or referral code when the account is no more than seven days old and has less than $10,000 in wagering volume. An existing code cannot be replaced with a different one.
Those limits make timing important. Contact official Shuffle support before depositing or wagering further, and ask them to confirm whether code CALL can still be attached.
Read the official referral-code policyWhat to tell Shuffle support
Use the support chat while logged into the correct account. State that the referral code was missed at signup, provide code CALL exactly as written and ask for written confirmation when it has been attached.
- Your Shuffle username or account email
- The referral code: CALL
- The approximate account creation time
- A clear request to confirm the code before further play
When the referral code cannot be changed
Shuffle says it will not change an account that already has another referral code. Support may also decline a late request when the account age or wagering limit has been exceeded.
Do not create a second account to work around the rule. Shuffle’s terms generally permit one account per player, and duplicate accounts can create verification or withdrawal problems.
