Which countries are restricted by Shuffle?
Shuffle.com’s Terms of Service version 1.91, dated March 2026, name Australia, the Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States as prohibited jurisdictions. The terms also exclude sanctioned or otherwise unlawful locations.
The restriction applies to people located in or resident in a prohibited jurisdiction. Shuffle states that it also applies when a resident or citizen of another country is physically present in one of the prohibited locations.
This list is a snapshot of Shuffle’s published terms, not legal advice and not a promise that every unlisted country is eligible. Local law, sanctions, licences and product rules can create additional restrictions.

Location, residence and citizenship are different checks
An account can be affected by where the player lives, where the player is physically located and whether the operator may legally serve that person. Passing an IP check does not establish legal eligibility.
Registration details, identity documents, proof of address, device location and transaction history can expose inconsistencies. Enter accurate information and do not create an account through a third party.
Some game providers, payment partners, promotions or SHFL campaigns can apply narrower rules than the main platform. For example, a campaign may name additional excluded territories or require completed verification.
Can you use a VPN with Shuffle?
Shuffle’s terms say that attempting to conceal a true location through a VPN, proxy, similar service or misleading location information is a breach. A VPN does not make an ineligible jurisdiction eligible.
Access from a prohibited location can lead to account, verification, bonus or withdrawal problems. Disabling location permissions while continuing to mask the connection does not solve the eligibility issue.
Before travelling, ask official support whether logging in, playing or withdrawing will be permitted at the destination. Save the reply, and do not place bets while physically present in a restricted jurisdiction.

Shuffle.com excludes the United States. Shuffle.us is a separate US social and sweepstakes-casino product operated under separate terms by Munyon Canyon Ltd. It does not offer the same real-money crypto casino account as Shuffle.com.
Shuffle.us uses virtual currencies described as Gold Coins and Shuffle Cash and states that no purchase is required. Eligibility is limited to the United States but excludes a published list of states and can change.
Do not assume a Shuffle.com referral code, crypto wallet, balance, VIP status or login transfers to Shuffle.us. Check the US product’s current terms and sweepstakes rules independently.
