Shuffle crypto deposit steps
Open the wallet while signed in, choose Deposit, then select the asset and supported network. Copy the address shown by Shuffle into the sending wallet and include a memo or destination tag whenever one is displayed.
- Confirm you are signed into the intended Shuffle account
- Match both the cryptocurrency and network
- Check the full address, not only its first characters
- Review minimums and fees before authorising the transfer
Why the balance may not appear immediately
The transaction must be broadcast by the sender and receive the number of blockchain confirmations required by Shuffle. Network congestion, exchange processing queues and low-fee transactions can all add time.
A blockchain explorer can show whether the transaction exists, which network it used and whether it reached the displayed deposit address.

Do not send a second transfer until the first one has been checked. Start in Shuffle’s deposit history, then collect the transaction hash, asset, network, amount, deposit address and time.
| Transaction state | Meaning | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Not found on an explorer | The sender may not have broadcast it or the wrong network explorer is open | Check the sending wallet or exchange |
| Pending on-chain | The network has not confirmed it | Wait and monitor the txid |
| Confirmed to correct address and network | Shuffle may still be crediting it | Check deposit history, then contact Shuffle |
| Confirmed on wrong network or without memo | The transfer may require manual recovery | Stop and follow Shuffle’s mistake-deposit policy |
