DEPOSIT TROUBLESHOOTING

Shuffle deposit not credited or sent on the wrong network

Troubleshoot a missing Shuffle deposit, wrong blockchain network, unsupported asset or missing XRP/TON memo using the transaction hash and official recovery rules.

01

Why is my Shuffle deposit not showing?

A Shuffle deposit may be waiting for blockchain confirmations, delayed by the sending exchange, sent to the wrong address or network, missing a required memo, or made with an unsupported asset. Start with the transaction hash; do not send a second payment until the first one is located.

Shuffle says required confirmations depend on the sending wallet and network. Some deposits credit after one confirmation, while others require three or more. A withdrawal marked complete by an exchange is not the same as a deposit confirmed and credited by Shuffle.

02

Use the transaction hash to diagnose the deposit

Copy the transaction hash from the sending wallet or exchange and open it in the explorer for the network that was actually used. Confirm the status, token contract, destination address, amount and any memo or tag.

What happens after a wrong-network deposit?

Recovery is not guaranteed. Shuffle’s June 2026 policy says a mistaken deposit must be worth more than $20 before recovery is attempted, and fees depend on whether the coin and chain are supported.

For a supported coin sent through another network Shuffle supports, the published policy says the first recovery has no penalty. Later incidents can incur a 10% penalty capped at $20.

For an unsupported coin or unsupported chain, Shuffle investigates case by case. If recovery is possible, the published penalty can be as high as 50% of the deposit; if the assets cannot be recovered, Shuffle says they will not be credited.

Summary of Shuffle’s published wrong-deposit policy checked 27 July 2026.

04

Missing XRP or TON destination tag

A shared deposit address can require a tag or memo to identify the receiving account. Shuffle tells users with an XRP or TON deposit missing that identifier to contact live support for an investigation.

Send the transaction hash, asset, amount, destination address, account username and the memo or tag that should have been used. Do not create a replacement blockchain transaction unless support explicitly says to do so.

05

What to send Shuffle support

Open live chat from the official Shuffle site and send one complete evidence set. Never share the seed phrase or private key of the sending wallet.

  • Shuffle username
  • Cryptocurrency and exact token contract if relevant
  • Network actually used
  • Amount and UTC transfer time
  • Transaction hash
  • Shuffle deposit address
  • Required memo or destination tag, if applicable
06

How to prevent another missing deposit

Generate or copy the deposit details from the current Shuffle wallet every time. Match both the coin and network on the sending side, and check whether the destination requires a memo.

  1. 01Select the intended asset inside Shuffle.
  2. 02Copy the supported network, address and memo directly from the deposit panel.
  3. 03Choose the identical network in the sending wallet or exchange.
  4. 04Compare the address and memo before authorizing the transfer.
  5. 05For a material first transfer, consider a small test amount above all platform minimums.
  6. 06Save the transaction hash until the balance is credited.

QUICK ANSWERS

Shuffle deposit not credited or sent on the wrong network FAQ

01How many confirmations does a Shuffle deposit need?

Shuffle says confirmation requirements depend on the wallet and network. Some deposits need one confirmation and others require three or more.

02Can Shuffle recover a wrong-network deposit?

Sometimes, but recovery is not guaranteed. Shuffle’s published handling and possible penalty depend on whether the coin and network are supported.

03What is Shuffle’s minimum amount for deposit recovery?

Shuffle’s current wrong-deposit article says the mistaken deposit must be worth more than $20 before recovery is attempted.

04What if I forgot the XRP or TON memo?

Contact Shuffle live support with the transaction hash and account details. Shuffle says it will investigate whether the deposit can be recovered.

05Should I send the deposit again?

Not until the first transfer is located. Sending another transaction can create a second problem and does not repair the first transfer.
