How to withdraw from Shuffle: crypto, fees and safety checks

Step-by-step Shuffle withdrawal guide covering wallet addresses, blockchain networks, fees, transaction IDs, KYC checks and pending payments.

01

How to withdraw crypto from Shuffle

Open Wallet, choose Withdraw, select the cryptocurrency, paste a compatible destination address, enter the amount and review the blockchain fee before confirming. Shuffle says the fee is deducted from the withdrawal and completed blockchain transfers cannot be reversed.

Use a wallet or exchange deposit address that supports the exact asset and network selected in Shuffle. A valid-looking address can still be wrong for the chosen chain.

  1. 01Sign in on the official shuffle.com domain and open Wallet.
  2. 02Choose the Withdraw tab and select the cryptocurrency.
  3. 03Select the available blockchain network where a choice is offered.
  4. 04Paste the receiving address and add any required memo or destination tag.
  5. 05Enter the amount and check the minimum, fee and final amount to be sent.
  6. 06Re-check the first and last characters of the address, then complete the security confirmation.
02

Match the coin, network, address and memo

The asset ticker alone is not enough. USDT, for example, can exist on several networks. The sending and receiving networks must match, and assets such as XRP or TON may also require a destination tag or memo.

Copy the address directly from the receiving wallet or exchange deposit screen. Avoid reusing an address from an old transaction without confirming that the receiving service still supports it.

For a material first withdrawal, a smaller test transfer can reduce address risk, but it creates a separate blockchain fee. Decide based on the fee and the amount at risk.

03

Shuffle withdrawal fees and minimums

Shuffle deducts a blockchain fee from the withdrawal amount. The live confirmation screen is the reliable source for the current fee and minimum because both can differ by asset and network.

Compare the entered amount with the amount the receiving wallet will get after the fee. A low balance can fall below the current minimum or leave too little after the network charge.

Do not copy a fee quoted by an old review. Network conditions and Shuffle’s supported routes can change.

Why Shuffle can review a withdrawal

A withdrawal may be held for account verification, fraud prevention, wallet screening, bonus restrictions or another compliance check. Referral code CALL does not bypass these controls.

Shuffle’s coin-mixing policy specifically prohibits depositing and immediately withdrawing without normal play, or wagering only a tiny amount relative to the deposit. The Help Center says that pattern can place withdrawals under review.

An active bonus can also restrict withdrawals until its rollover is completed or the bonus is forfeited under the applicable terms. Check the balance type before assuming the blockchain is the cause.

05

Find and check the transaction ID

Once Shuffle submits the withdrawal on-chain, the withdrawal history should show a transaction ID or txid. Opening that ID in the correct block explorer shows whether the transfer was broadcast and confirmed.

A txid separates two very different problems. If no txid exists, the withdrawal is still inside Shuffle’s process. If the txid is confirmed but the destination balance is missing, the receiving wallet or exchange may still be crediting it.

What to send support about a withdrawal

A complete first message helps support identify the transaction without requesting the basics again. Never include a seed phrase, private key or password.

  • Shuffle username and withdrawal ID
  • Cryptocurrency, network and amount
  • Submission date and time in UTC
  • Destination address
  • Transaction ID, if one exists
  • Screenshot of the status with unrelated private information hidden

Withdrawal safety checklist

Before confirming, pause and check the parts that cannot be corrected later.

  • Official shuffle.com domain
  • Correct asset and blockchain network
  • Correct destination address and memo
  • Expected fee and net amount
  • No active bonus or verification warning
  • Transaction record saved after submission
