Withdrawal time has three separate stages
A withdrawal can be pending inside Shuffle, broadcast to the blockchain, or confirmed on-chain but not yet credited by the receiving service. Checking the current stage is more useful than relying on a universal time estimate.
- Pending: Shuffle has not yet broadcast the transaction
- Sent: a transaction hash exists on the selected network
- Confirmed: the chain has included the transfer
- Credited: the receiving wallet or exchange shows the balance
What can make a Shuffle withdrawal slower?
Account verification, security reviews, network congestion and receiving-exchange confirmation rules can all extend the wait. The asset, blockchain and time of day also affect processing.
When and how to contact support
If the withdrawal remains pending beyond the estimate shown in your account, or no transaction hash appears, send official support the withdrawal ID, asset, network, amount and submission time. If a confirmed transfer is missing at an exchange, send that exchange the transaction hash.
